OEM / ODM, as the catalogue actually supports it
The manufacturer's company profile states OEM and ODM customisation as a core service, and the catalogue backs the statement with artefacts: ODM/OEM-designated frame listings, custom-size statements across the frame and foil families, silk-screen printing options on industrial PCAP panels, and PCBA modules sold for integration into other people's products. This page describes the customisation menu as it exists — no speculative capabilities.
The customisation menu
| Custom sizes | Frames and foils built to non-catalogue dimensions against a confirmed drawing |
|---|---|
| Private label | Brand presentation on frames and packaging for volume programmes |
| Silk-screen printing | Cover-glass printing on industrial PCAP panels — borders, logos, legends |
| Curved foil | Flexible capacitive foil builds for curved glass (a 65″ curved build is catalogue-listed) |
| PCBA customisation | Module-level supply and adaptation for builders assembling their own frames |
| SKD supply | Semi-knocked-down whiteboard supply is catalogue-listed in the 102″ line |
How an OEM programme runs
It starts with the sample: most catalogue models carry a single-piece minimum order, so the evaluation unit is a standard product, not a bespoke commitment. Custom work then follows drawing confirmation, sample build, and production — the sequence is detailed in our article on the custom touch frame OEM process, including where lead time concentrates. Two catalogue lead-time patterns apply to parts of the range — one product group is listed at delivery within 5–15 workdays after payment, another at samples in stock with mass production in 1–4 weeks; your programme's pattern is confirmed per model at quotation, never assumed across the catalogue.
What to send for an OEM quotation
- The base model or family, and the customisation deltas (size, print, label, geometry)
- Target quantity and programme rhythm (pilot, first production, annual)
- The drawing, if one exists — or the display/housing dimensions it must fit
- Destination market, so the standards documentation for your model is attached to the reply (certificates available upon request)
Send those through the inquiry form and mark the message as an OEM programme; the reply separates the standard-product pricing from the customisation engineering, so you can see what the custom work itself costs.
